report
Is my identity and e-mail address protected?
Yes, in fact we do not ask for your identity, only a valid e-mail address.
Your e-mail address will
never be passed to anybody unless it is specifically requested by a Government
Agency - or
you. ask us to pass it on to another.
Where is my password?
Your password is e-mailed to the address you used during registration. If your
password hasn't
arrived;
• Allow up to 10 minutes for your registration email to arrive.
• Check the e-mail address you registered with is correct and operational.
• Make sure your e-mail service (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo, Google, etc.) isn't

Why can I not login?
The commonest reason for login failure is typing a password in incorrectly.
Passwords are 'case sensitive' and must be typed in exactly as sent. Many
users find their computer's copy and paste facility eliminates error.
If you find remembering your randomly generated password too difficult
to remember, you can change it to something more memorable in 'Your Account',
once you have logged in.
What is permitted?
Number plates/registrations are visible in the public domain. You can
comment upon a registration and how it was driven, by a male or female, but
you may NOT mention any person by name. You may mention road names but not
actual numbers of houses. Bad / foul language will be moderated, names
inserted will be removed. Posters are responsible for what they write.
Always bear in mind, that by posting an amber or red report, you are
reporting an offence, and that in your opinion the law has been broken.
Photographs must be owned by the poster. Inappropriate photographs will be
rejected. Photographs uploaded will be rejected if a person appears to be
identifiable (invasion of privacy) - however we recommend that you keep such
photographs as they may be called upon at some future stage should the
incident be investigated.
Can I report Overseas Registrations?
Yes, you can enter any registration number plate from any overseas country
